Jean-Paul Hévin rewarded by Paris town hall.

Tuesday June 16, Jean-Paul Hévin received the Vermeille medal which rewards the 50 artisan pastry chefs whose career, knowledge and reputation contribute to the excellence of Parisian pastry making.

During this ceremony, Anne Hidalgo was able to present this personalized medal to our pastry chef, under the magnificent setting of the Paris town hall.
