- Barrette Amande: a clementine marzipan, coated with dark chocolate
- Barrette Nougatine: a buckwheat honey nougatine, coated with dark chocolate
- Barrette Guimauve: a vanilla marshmallow spiced up with a pinch of wild pepper from Madagascar.
