A cello bag of 10 assorted fruit pastes. These delicious fruit pastes are made in an old-fashioned way in a copper casserole dish. Each fruit paste is the result of the association of 2 flavours.
Sugar, fruit puree 24% (rhubarb, strawberry, raspberry, mango, green apple, blackcurrant, fig), water, fruit puree 20% (kiwi, sour cherry, pear, banana), glucose syrup, fruit purees 2% (yuzu, tangerine, passion), lemon juice (2%), candied ginger (ginger, sugar, glucose syrup), ginger, acidifying agents (citric acid, sodium tartrate and potassium), gelling agent: pectin, stabilizer: sodium polyphosphate, peppermint, natural pear flavor.
Made in our laboratories that handle: gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, fish gelatin, soy.
Nutritional values for 100g: Energy: 1420kJ/335kcal, fats: <0,5g, of which saturated fatty acids: <0,5g, carbohydrates: 72g, of which sugars: <0,5g, proteins: <0,5g, salt: 0,12g.
